Atlanta Golf & Social is set to open its second location at Lee + White in Atlanta's West End, occupying a 3,767-square-foot space in the food hall. This new venue will feature indoor golf simulators and lessons combined with a casual sports bar environment, targeting a December 2024 opening.
Leo Wiener, President, and Kelly Wilson, Senior Vice President of Ackerman Retail, facilitated the lease agreement on behalf of Ackerman & Co. and MDH Partners. Jeremy Williams, co-owner of Atlanta Golf & Social, highlighted the venue's alignment with Lee + White's community-focused atmosphere, stating it offers visitors an opportunity to improve their golf game or simply enjoy the environment.
Kelly Wilson added that the addition of Atlanta Golf & Social is a significant enhancement for Lee + White, complementing the existing array of eateries and the newly opened central bar, Strangers in Paradise. The food hall currently boasts 16 eateries, including Cielito Lindo, Costa Coffee, Crème de la Crepe, Dough Boy Pizza, and many more.
Lee + White is not just an entertainment hub but also a growing business center. Recently, JTEC Energy Inc. expanded its lease, increasing its headquarters and lab production space to a total of 28,575 square feet in Building 1050.
Atlanta Golf & Social first launched in downtown Chamblee in April 2023 and is now entering its next growth phase. The venue uses Trackman, a premier simulator technology trusted by PGA and LPGA players, offering a high-quality golf experience. By day, it serves as a quiet space for golf lessons and practice, and by night, it transforms into a social gathering spot.
The expansion to Lee + White signifies the growing demand for innovative, community-focused recreational spaces. As Lee + White continues to develop, this new addition is expected to attract more visitors, further enhancing the area's appeal as a destination for both entertainment and business.
