Beckley's RVs, a family-owned dealership based in Thurmont, Maryland, has announced an expanded rental fleet and sales inventory aimed at travelers seeking flexible camping options. The company now offers motorhome, travel trailer, and folding camper rentals through its Frederick rental department, alongside new and used compact campers for purchase. This move comes as more Americans look for alternative travel experiences that allow for social distancing and outdoor recreation.
The rental lineup includes the nuCamp TAG XL 6-Wide, a two-person camper ideal for couples, and the Coachmen Clipper Cadet 17CFQ, which sleeps three. For larger groups, the Forest River Ozark travel trailers sleep five to seven, while the Keystone Passport 229BH accommodates up to eight, and the Keystone Springdale 260BHC sleeps up to ten. Motorhome options such as the Winnebago Minnie Winnie and Thor Four Winds provide layouts for couples, families, and larger groups. Travelers interested in renting an RV in MD can compare these models to find one that suits their needs.
For those considering a purchase, Beckley's RVs also lists compact campers and teardrop-style trailers. The sales inventory includes a used 2023 Braxton Creek Bushwhacker 12SK in Thurmont, along with new and used models from nuCamp and Xtreme Outdoors. Buyers researching used teardrop trailers can explore these options, though availability varies and customers should verify details with the sales team.
This development matters because it gives consumers more choices in how they experience the outdoors. Renting allows travelers to test different RV types without a long-term commitment, while purchasing a compact trailer offers an affordable entry point into RV ownership. With a range of sleeping capacities and towable options, Beckley's RVs caters to everyone from solo adventurers to large families. The company's rental department in Frederick provides towable campers for rent in MD, making it convenient for local residents and visitors to access the equipment they need.
Beckley's RVs has served customers since 1980 and operates dealerships in Maryland and Pennsylvania. "Since 1980, our focus has been on providing quality RVs, honest service, and support for every stage of the camping journey," said Gary Moser, Sales Manager. This latest offering underscores the company's commitment to meeting evolving customer demands. As the camping and RV industry continues to grow, Beckley's RVs is positioned to help travelers create memorable outdoor experiences.
