CleanGo Innovations Inc. (CSE: CGII) (OTC: CLGOF) (FRA: APO2) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kubera Black Energy, has officially launched its global Gain of Revenue (GOR) program. The program is designed to provide oil well operators with an environmentally friendly solution that also enhances production, with no upfront chemical costs.
Under the proprietary GOR business model, Kubera Black Energy assumes 100 percent of the upfront chemical cost and risk. Technical analysts audit recent production history to establish a baseline, which operators retain entirely. For example, if a well produces 20 barrels per day, that baseline is fully protected. Any incremental production resulting from the application of CG-100 green chemistry is then shared on a collaborative revenue basis. This model allows operators to benefit from increased output without any initial investment.
Operators maintain full control over their operations, as they use their own field crews for all on-site implementations. Kubera does not handle implementation, preserving operational continuity. The company supplies engineering and its proprietary green chemistry, and only assists at the operator's explicit request.
CG-100 is a certified green product, contrasting with toxic alternatives commonly used in the industry, such as acid washes or hot oiling. The formulation uses advanced green emulsification and targeted structural breakdown to permanently address downhole production bottlenecks, including paraffin waxes, asphaltene aggregations, and organic binder scales. It lowers interfacial tension, alters wettability, and encapsulates wax molecules in micelles to ensure permanent fluidization.
In conjunction with this launch, CleanGo announced its intention to close a non-brokered private placement of up to 974,025 units at a price of CAD $0.77 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to approximately CAD $750,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at CAD $0.85 for two years. Net proceeds will be used for general working capital and corporate purposes.
This strategic move comes as Kubera Black Energy seeks multi-well regional partnerships with E&P operators, asset managers, and operations directors worldwide. The GOR program aligns with the growing demand for sustainable practices in the oil and gas industry, potentially offering a win-win scenario for both environmental stewardship and economic gain.
As the company expands its initiatives, it continues to build on its portfolio of green, non-toxic products. For more information about the GOR program, visit Kubera Black Energy's official web portal.
