Concorde Career Colleges to Establish First Georgia Campus at Atlanta's Lee + White Development

Concorde Career Colleges, the healthcare education division of Universal Technical Institute, Inc., has selected Atlanta's Lee + White development as the location for its first Georgia campus. The institution signed a 47,358-square-foot lease at the development's 929 Building, with plans to open in 2027. This expansion represents a significant investment in healthcare education within Georgia's capital city.

The Atlanta campus will serve up to 700 students at full capacity and offer training programs in dental, nursing, diagnostic, patient care and allied health fields. Evan Ziegler, President of Ackerman Southeast, noted that Concorde will join Ogle School, a cosmetology and beauty school that opened in the same building over the past year, bringing new educational opportunities to the West End community and residents across metro Atlanta. The development's strategic location provides multiple transportation advantages, including Atlanta BeltLine access via four direct entrances, proximity to the West End MARTA rail station, and convenience to all of metro Atlanta's interstates. Lee + White's growing roster includes Carbice and JTEC, two high-tech companies that have established global headquarters and production operations at the development, while Grady Health has opened an outpatient center and Keller Williams is on track to open a new regional office in 2026.
