First Paramedical Tattoo Studio Opens in San Joaquin County

Skin & Shades Studio, a new facility offering paramedical and camouflage tattooing, has opened its doors in San Joaquin County, marking a significant advancement in permanent makeup and restorative care. The studio celebrated its ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sunday in Stockton, CA.
