The 'Stay & Play' program is available at three premier locations: Valencia Parc at Riverland in Port St. Lucie, with homes starting in the $400s; Valencia Trails in Naples, starting from the $700s; and Valencia Grand in Boynton Beach, with homes starting at $1M.
