Impact Networking, a national managed service provider, has launched AI consulting services designed specifically for mid-market organizations. The services aim to help businesses transition from AI exploration to achieving measurable business results through structured support at every stage of adoption.
Led by Chief AI Officer Jon Evans, the new practice provides education, readiness assessment, and custom development services with a focus on practical applications rather than experimentation. "AI has a ton of interest, but there's also a ton of confusion," Evans said. "We built these services to help people understand what's possible, decide what makes sense, and move forward with confidence towards measurable goals."
The AI consulting services are organized around three core offerings: AI Labs for education and hands-on sessions, AI Transformation Assessment for multi-week structured evaluations, and AI Custom Development for purpose-built applications. Each engagement includes a four-to-six-week introductory pilot program designed to demonstrate tangible value early and establish a clear path to return on investment.
Mike Noonan, Principal Consultant for AI at Impact, emphasized the company's approach goes beyond simple tool implementation. "We're not just implementing tools," Noonan said. "We're helping organizations build a thoughtful approach to AI that strengthens how people work." The discovery process focuses on how businesses make decisions, where human judgment remains essential, and how AI can reduce bottlenecks and support better outcomes.
The services were refined over more than a year of field work and internal deployment, where Impact's AI team saved the company approximately 92,000 hours of work time in 2025. The company offered early access to select clients ahead of the public launch, including Zero Zone, a commercial freezer, cooler, and refrigeration systems manufacturer.
Sheila O'Neil-Eisert, Zero Zone's Director of Program Management Office, reported positive results from the pilot program. "Before collaborating with Impact AI Labs, there was some uncertainty about AI's practical value and its fit in our business," O'Neil-Eisert said. "Now, after hands-on experience, there's a clear recognition of AI's ability to solve real business challenges and drive measurable improvements in efficiencies and accuracy."
This launch builds on Impact's two decades of experience delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, and consulting services to mid-market organizations. The company employs over 800 experts and supports businesses from more than 20 locations nationwide. For more information about Impact's services, visit https://www.impactmybiz.com.
