IVOREE, an omnichannel engagement platform serving gaming and hospitality operators, has announced a mobile platform partnership with the Kiowa Casino Operations Authority (KCOA) that extends its patron engagement technology and artificial intelligence-driven capabilities to all three Kiowa Casinos in Oklahoma: Kiowa Casino & Hotel in Devol, Kiowa Casino Carnegie in Carnegie, and Elk Creek Kiowa Casino in Hobart. The platform is now live across all three properties, giving patrons mobile-first access to real-time account information, tailored offers, campaigns, promotions, and play mechanics.
The partnership matters because it demonstrates how tribal gaming operators are modernizing their technology stacks to compete with commercial casinos, and how AI is reshaping player acquisition, loyalty, operations, security, and strategy. The agreement centers on a single platform that connects patrons to the Kiowa Casinos branded mobile experience, carrying the guest journey from the gaming floor through all property amenities. The platform's intelligent player-data layer enables each property to personalize the guest experience at the individual patron level while providing Kiowa Casinos a unified view of engagement activity across all three locations.
A key pillar of the deal was systems integration. Kiowa's technology landscape includes AS/400-powered systems and cloud-based solutions, and IVOREE worked closely with the Kiowa team to integrate with all of them. "Kiowa's systems landscape and integration with all of them was a key pillar identified early during their due diligence process and we recognized the importance to them to ensure that was part of our critical success factors for this engagement," said Manmohan Reddy, Head of Technology at IVOREE.
Bob Dimmick, CEO of Kiowa Casinos, said AI is reshaping every part of the gaming industry. "While we were very mindful of our forward-looking vision on innovation and AI, it was very important to us that we had a partner that demonstrated strength with technology integrations especially with our existing systems landscape which includes AS/400 powered systems to cloud-based solutions," Dimmick said, adding that IVOREE's integration and architecture design experience with large operators across the US, Canada, Latin America, and Africa made the difference, with security as a cornerstone.
Callie Singh, who has led marketing for Kiowa Casinos since 2010, said the operator conducted detailed due diligence and spoke with other operators already using IVOREE's platform. "It was evident to us that their solutions were tried and tested in the field," Singh said. Benjamin Keller, Head of Business Development at IVOREE, described Kiowa as the kind of sovereign nation partner the platform was built for. The platform serves historical horse racing operators, route markets, sovereign nation tribes, commercial gaming locations, restaurants, bars, and hotels across more than a dozen states in the US and Canada. The rollout also carries economic weight for Southwest Oklahoma. KCOA's three properties generate jobs, training opportunities, and economic development for the Kiowa Tribe and surrounding communities. The flagship Kiowa Casino & Hotel in Devol offers roughly 64,000 square feet of gaming space and more than 700 slot machines, while Elk Creek Kiowa Casino in Hobart opened in July 2025 as the first casino in Kiowa County. The mobile launch gives each venue a direct digital channel to patrons, a capability that could influence how regional operators approach loyalty and engagement in a competitive Central US market.
