LR Health & Beauty SE, a leading social commerce company in Europe's nutritional supplements and beauty market, has released its final annual report for 2025, confirming the preliminary figures announced earlier. The company reported sales of EUR 277.1 million for the full year, a decrease from EUR 289.2 million in 2024. Reported EBITDA declined to EUR 16.5 million from EUR 27.3 million, impacted by one-off effects from the reorganization of its financing structure. On a normalized basis, EBITDA was EUR 22.5 million, down from EUR 32.6 million in the previous year.
The company emphasized that the 2026 financial year is a transition period, with strategic initiatives underway to optimize production, logistics, and sales. CEO Jörg Korfer stated, "The newly established financing structure gives us the momentum we need to continue to consistently pursue the initiatives we have launched in production, logistics and sales in the second half of the year." He also highlighted the commitment to expanding international partnerships.
A key strategic pillar is enhancing in-house production capabilities. LR is investing over EUR 2 million in a new, high-performance production line at its Ahlen site, which will centralize the manufacturing of its 5in1 product category, including the LR 5in1 Beauty Elixir and LR 5in1 Men's Shot. The new facility is designed to have an annual capacity of up to 40 million units and is expected to support further product innovations in nutritional supplements.
The announcement underscores LR's focus on operational efficiency and product innovation as it navigates a transitional year. The company operates in 32 countries, offering nutritional supplements and cosmetic products under the motto "More quality for your life." Its social commerce model leverages digital solutions like "LR neo" to support its international partnership network.
Since 1985, LR has built a reputation as a "people business," emphasizing personal consultation and flexibility in changing work environments. The company's expertise in aloe vera processing, with one of Europe's most modern production facilities for aloe vera drinking gels in Ahlen, remains a core competency.
