NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: NMTC) today announced the release of a white paper titled "StereoCED™ - A Scalable Platform for CNS Drug Delivery," highlighting the company's approach to addressing key barriers in delivering therapeutics directly to the brain. The white paper, available in the Scientific Resources section of nmtc1.com, outlines how the StereoCED™ platform is designed to leverage existing robotic stereotactic systems in neurosurgical operating rooms to enable efficient, reproducible drug delivery.

As advances in cell and gene therapies, biologics, and other central nervous system (CNS) therapeutics drive demand for effective delivery methods, convection-enhanced delivery (CED) has shown promise in bypassing the blood-brain barrier. However, current CED approaches can present challenges for broader commercial use, including lengthy infusion procedures lasting 8 to 12 hours. The StereoCED™ platform is being developed to support simultaneous, multi-trajectory intracranial drug delivery through a streamlined robotic workflow, potentially reducing procedure time and enabling scalable therapeutic delivery.

The company expects device availability for research and investigational clinical studies by fiscal year-end. The StereoCED™ platform is currently under development and has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for commercialization.
