Patel Law Group, a Texas-based boutique law firm, has announced its rebranding to PSBP Law, also known as Patel, Soni, Barsness, & Prescott, following the promotion of two partners to equity status. Chris Prescott, who leads the firm's immigration department, and Chris Barsness, head of the corporate and securities department, have joined existing equity partners Rakesh Patel, Anish Patel, and Shameer Soni.
