Rashmi's Bakery, a family-run bakery serving the Greater Toronto Area since 2007, has added three limited-edition cakes to its summer menu: Coconut Truffle, Tiramisu Bliss, and Berry Biscoff. The new flavors are available at the bakery's Brampton and Mississauga locations and online, with same-day pickup and delivery across the GTA.
The summer collection expands the bakery's seasonal offerings, which remain 100 percent egg-free and nut-free. According to founder Rashmi Chugh, the bakery's commitment to egg-free and nut-free products is a core principle. "I strongly believe that every person, regardless of their dietary preference, has the right to a truly delicious cake," Chugh said. "Egg-free and nut-free was never meant to be the compromise. We have spent nineteen years making sure it tastes like the opposite of one."
The three new cakes are designed to offer unique flavor combinations. Coconut Truffle layers chocolate sponge with silky ganache and a coconut cream center. Tiramisu Bliss reimagines the Italian classic as a cake, featuring vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting, and a dusting of cocoa. Berry Biscoff pairs caramelized Biscoff cookies with strawberry, combining vanilla sponge, Biscoff cream, and homemade strawberry compote, topped with fresh strawberries and Biscoff crumbs. Each flavor is also available as individual dessert cups for those seeking a smaller portion.
The introduction of these flavors comes as the bakery continues to serve a growing customer base across the GTA. Since its first location opened in Brampton in 2007, Rashmi's Bakery has expanded to Mississauga and now offers custom celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and other occasions. Customers can bring in a photo, screenshot, color reference, or idea for a design, and the team can create a custom cake. The bakery also provides quick turnaround on custom orders and same-day pickup and delivery on eligible products.
