AZIO AI Expands Infrastructure Footprint with AT&T Fiber Deal and $27.9M Capacity Agreement

AZIO AI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: AZIO) is making strategic moves to solidify its position in the AI infrastructure sector, announcing a Master Services Agreement with AT&T to provide enterprise fiber connectivity for its planned 500-megawatt Texas AI infrastructure platform. The company has committed approximately $2.4 million for high-capacity fiber services designed to support AI training, inference, GPU cloud computing, enterprise colocation, and other high-performance computing workloads.

This agreement follows a $27.9 million AI infrastructure and capacity agreement with Power Champion Investment Limited, which is scalable to as much as $100 million as deployment expands. AZIO AI has reported receiving initial deposits under the agreement, indicating early momentum in its infrastructure buildout.

The company has also entered into a Power Purchase and Hosting agreement with a GPU customer, supporting the need for an initial modular buildout at its Texas site. These developments underscore AZIO AI's commitment to building an integrated technology infrastructure platform focused on AI data centers, enterprise GPU compute, high-performance computing, and digital power solutions.

AZIO AI's business model encompasses AI data center development, GPU and server infrastructure sales and distribution, power hosting, compute leasing, and strategic technology investments. This diversified approach is designed to create multiple potential revenue channels across infrastructure development, equipment sales, hosting, power services, and recurring compute capacity.

The company is pursuing domestic and international opportunities serving enterprise, institutional, hyperscale, and government-related customers. By positioning its Texas campus around scalable, energy-backed infrastructure, AZIO AI aims to address the rising demand for power-intensive AI and GPU computing workloads.

In July 2026, AZIO AI completed its merger with AZIO AI Corporation and subsequently changed its corporate name and Nasdaq ticker symbol from EVTV to AZIO, completing its transformation into a dedicated AI infrastructure company. This rebranding reflects the company's strategic pivot toward the rapidly growing AI infrastructure market.

The AT&T agreement is particularly significant as it secures the high-capacity fiber connectivity essential for AI data centers, which require robust and low-latency networks to handle massive data flows. This partnership with a major telecommunications provider lends credibility to AZIO AI's infrastructure plans and could attract additional enterprise customers.

Industry analysts note that the AI infrastructure sector is experiencing unprecedented demand, driven by the proliferation of generative AI models and GPU-intensive applications. Companies like AZIO AI that can secure both power and connectivity are well-positioned to capitalize on this trend.

AZIO AI's strategy of combining power purchase agreements, capacity deals, and fiber connectivity is a holistic approach to building AI-ready infrastructure. The company's ability to secure initial deposits and execute agreements with major partners suggests investor and customer confidence in its execution capabilities.

As the AI industry continues to expand, the need for specialized infrastructure will only grow. AZIO AI's latest agreements position it to play a key role in meeting this demand, potentially driving significant value for the company and its stakeholders.
