Medios AG Appoints Katrin Neuffer as Head of Investor Relations and Communications

BERLIN, August 4, 2026 – Medios AG ("Medios"), a leading provider of Specialty Pharma in Europe, has appointed Katrin Neuffer (49) as Director Investor Relations & Communications, effective immediately. In this role, she will oversee the company’s communications with investors, analysts, the media, and the public, succeeding Claudia Nickolaus, who has led the department.

Neuffer brings around 20 years of experience in capital markets communications. She began her career at an Investor Relations agency and later served as Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at SDAX-listed Wacker Neuson SE from 2007 to 2018, where she guided the company from its IPO through its development into a consistently attractive investment. She also led the Strategy and Sustainability departments there. Subsequently, she headed an international 20-member team as Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Communications and Marketing at the Exyte Group, where she was responsible for preparing an IPO with a target market capitalization of over EUR 2 billion. Since 2020, she has worked as an independent consultant for publicly listed companies, focusing on investor relations, IPO preparation, and crisis and restructuring communications.

The appointment comes as Medios aims to reposition itself in the capital markets. Thomas Meier, CEO of Medios AG, stated: "With Katrin Neuffer, we are gaining a proven capital markets expert who has guided publicly listed companies through decisive phases of development, from IPOs to strategic repositioning. Her experience will help us reposition Medios in the capital markets and intensify our dialogue with investors, analysts, and the media." Meier also expressed gratitude to Claudia Nickolaus for her years of dedication and professionalism in shaping the company's capital markets communications.

Nickolaus played a key role in building and shaping Medios' Investor Relations activities, including financial reporting, ESG communications, and the company's first Capital Markets Day in 2022. She previously held senior IR positions at publicly listed companies, including Merck KGaA.

The leadership transition occurs ahead of several important events for Medios in the 2026 financial year. The company will release its Half-Year Financial Report on August 12, participate in the Berenberg and Goldman Sachs 15th German Corporate Conference in Munich from September 21 to 23, host its Capital Markets Day on September 28/29, and publish its Quarterly Statement as of September 30 on November 10.
