Kord Fire Protection is set to move its corporate headquarters to a new state-of-the-art facility in Studio City, marking a strategic expansion of its fire safety services operations. The company will consolidate its teams from two previous locations into a single, modernized workspace at 3729 Cahuenga Blvd.
The move represents more than a physical relocation. By bringing together personnel from its Valjean Avenue and Valerio Street offices, Kord Fire Protection aims to enhance operational efficiency and improve its service delivery across Southern California. The new headquarters will serve clients in San Diego, Los Angeles, Kern, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, and Santa Barbara counties.
CEO Darius Kordabadi emphasized the strategic importance of the consolidation, noting that the new facility offers increased space and improved infrastructure. This expansion positions the company to better support both residential and commercial fire safety needs with greater responsiveness and technological capability.
The new headquarters signals Kord Fire Protection's commitment to growth and innovation in the fire safety industry. By centralizing its operations, the company can potentially streamline communication, reduce overhead costs, and create a more integrated work environment.
With a comprehensive range of services including fire extinguisher certification, fire door maintenance, sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and emergency lighting, Kord Fire Protection continues to play a critical role in regional safety infrastructure. The company plans to begin operating from its new Studio City location this summer.
