Technology provider Notify is bringing advanced communication solutions to Wisconsin's senior living facilities, targeting operators struggling with fragmented communication systems and staffing challenges. Led by newly appointed Director of Strategic Partnerships Erich Klett, the expansion focuses on implementing scalable modernization tools that simplify communication workflows.
Notify's Overlay Platform enables senior living communities to unify alerts and reporting across more than 25 nurse call system manufacturers. The technology can be installed within hours, requiring no construction, retraining, or equipment replacement. Complementing this platform is the Notify Communications App, which provides secure, WiFi-based push-to-talk voice communication within a single building.
The company is offering free pilot programs to Wisconsin providers, allowing them to test the Overlay Platform and Communications App with minimal risk. These solutions aim to reduce manual work, improve operational visibility, and help care teams focus more effectively on patient care.
Currently deployed in over 600 senior living communities nationwide, Notify's technology addresses critical infrastructure challenges in healthcare communication. The expansion represents a strategic effort to modernize communication systems without the significant cost and disruption of complete system overhauls.
Greg Robertson, SVP of Growth at Notify, emphasized the importance of flexible solutions that can work across diverse communities and legacy hardware. By providing tools that enhance communication efficiency, Notify seeks to support senior living providers in delivering higher-quality care.
