Virtuix Inc., the developer of full-body virtual reality systems, is expanding into Europe with the launch of its in-home gaming system Omni One in markets including Germany, the UK, and France. This international expansion follows the company's recent Nasdaq debut and reported revenue growth of 138% year-over-year for the six months ended September 30, 2025.
The European expansion represents a strategic move into one of the world's most active PC gaming markets, with the European VR gaming market projected to reach $30.4 billion by 2032, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 17.7% between now and then. Jan Goetgeluk, Chief Executive Officer of Virtuix, stated that expanding Omni One into the region is a natural next step given strong demand, an established distribution partner, and a growing community of PC VR gamers.
Often described as the "Peloton for Gamers," Omni One is a 360-degree treadmill system designed to provide a fully immersive experience that allows players to physically move through virtual worlds. The system features a specialized surface and vest-like harness that enables walking, running, crouching, and jumping in 360 degrees while remaining in place. This technology replicates real-world movements directly in games, providing physical freedom beyond traditional controllers while transforming gaming into a legitimate cardio workout.
According to Virtuix, users can burn up to 700 calories per hour while using Omni One, with some customers reportedly losing more than 40 pounds in four months while playing their favorite games. The system leverages AI-driven 3D reconstruction techniques like Gaussian splatting to create photorealistic digital twins of the real world, reducing what used to take months to create high-fidelity virtual environments to mere hours. By capturing drone or camera footage and uploading it into a computer, Virtuix can quickly generate 1:1 digital replicas of any area and create navigable 3D worlds.
European customers can now place orders for Omni One, with shipments scheduled to begin between April 13 and April 24, 2026. In the United States, the product has achieved an average customer rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars and received the Auggie Award for Best VR Interaction Product in 2025. The international launch is part of Virtuix's broader expansion plan, supported by its recent initial public offering and capital raise that includes an $11 million investment from Chicago Venture Partners and a $50 million credit facility dependent on certain conditions.
Virtuix has stated that proceeds from these capital raises will fund sales and marketing for Omni One, with production capacity currently in place to manufacture 3,000 units per month. The company estimates this production capacity has the potential to generate $100 million in annual revenue. The European expansion is facilitated through a regional partnership with Unbound XR, a leading European online retailer of extended reality equipment that will manage local fulfillment and logistics across the EU and UK to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase through delivery.
