Technology company Visionstate is positioning itself at the forefront of facility management innovation through strategic technological developments designed to enhance operational efficiency and meet evolving industry standards.
The company is preparing to launch a standalone inspections application in early Q3, which will integrate seamlessly with its existing WANDA platform. This digital solution aims to streamline auditing processes for facility managers by providing comprehensive end-to-end reporting and analytics capabilities.
In collaboration with the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (Amii), Visionstate is developing an advanced AI model intended to optimize cleaning schedules and routing. The model, expected to be completed in Q4 2025, represents a significant technological advancement that could transform how facility operations are managed.
A critical focus of Visionstate's recent updates is compliance with Ontario's new cleaning verification legislation, O. Reg. 480/24. The regulation, effective January 1, 2026, requires employers to maintain and post detailed records of washroom cleaning activities. Visionstate has proactively updated its WANDA software to meet these specific requirements, positioning itself to support thousands of potential customers in meeting the new regulatory standards.
Company President Shannon Moore emphasized the transformative potential of their AI initiatives, noting that the technology will convert complex operational tasks into optimized processes. By leveraging artificial intelligence, Visionstate is setting new benchmarks in facility management technology.
These strategic developments signal Visionstate's commitment to innovation, particularly in leveraging AI and digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency across various industries.
